A Sussex Scrapbook : Talk by Chris Horlock

Chris is a well-known local author who has delighted audiences across Sussex with his talks.

He covers a broad mix of topics and stories, fully illustrated, including anecdotes about famous people connected with Sussex, such as the Crowborough woman who helped write George VI’s Christmas Day speech, details of historic buildings and landmarks, the story of Lyminster’s Knucker monster, plus other curious tales and mysteries including the miraculous rescue of two schoolboys lost on the Downs during the great snowstorm of 1881.
