Book Launch A Year in the Life of the South Downs

“‘The Year in the Life of the South Downs’ is a wonderful new book, brimming with beautiful colour photographs of the South Downs and its people today, contrasted with archive photographs dating back to the 1850s. The book also includes poems written by children from South Downs primary schools, which give a children’s perspective on our glorious downs.

A book launch event will take place at Arundel Museum this Saturday from 12noon until 1.30pm. Chris Hare will be giving a presentation and there will be a free glass of wine for all attending to help us celebrate this very special book.” FREE ENTRY.
