4. Castle making for families 3.00 – 4.00pm

Join us for a fun castle making craft activity inspired by our most impressive neighbour, Arundel Castle! Each child will come away with a motte and bailey castle.

Participants in this activity will be grouped by family bubble. To secure a table for your bubble (Max one adult and up to three children) please make a deposit payment of £5. This will cover the cost of one child to take part in the activity. If you have any additional children (up to two more allowed) in your bubble, you will need to pay for these extra tickets when you arrive at the museum on the day. Ticket price also includes a cup of squash and a biscuit.

Attendees can take advantage of a discounted entry price to visit the museum as well. An adult with accompanying child is £2, family up to four people, £5.

We will be taking the following measures to ensure that this activity is run in line with current government restrictions:

• The activity will be held in the museum’s well ventilated activity room.
• There will be only 4 bubbles of a maximum of one adult and three children in the room at any time plus two museum volunteers.
• Each bubble will have its own table with all materials for the activity laid out to maintain social distancing between groups.
• All tables and equipment will be cleaned thoroughly in between sessions.
• To support NHS Test and Trace, we will ask all adults to sign in via the NHS app or provide their name and contact number.
